  Naked Nails was created by a busy mum who didn’t have time for salon appointments and I was tired other at home options that damaged my nails.
  After dealing with painful removals, leftover glue for days, and brittle nails, I knew there had to be a better way.....So I created one.

• How do I apply Naked Nail gel wrap?
  • Wash and thoroughly dry your hands, focusing on your nails. This removes dirt and grease for better adhesion. You may also use hand sanitizer or an alcohol pad if you can't actually wash your hands.
  • File your nails to your desired length and shape.
    Use the wooden stick to gently push back your cuticles.
  • Match each gel wrap to your nail size. Choose the exact size or slightly smaller, as the wrap can stretch to fit.
  • Peel off the gel wrap and place it starting at the cuticle. Press firmly and smooth out creases or bubbles. Avoid contact with skin to maximize wear time.
  • Trim excess wrap as close to your nail edge with scissors or clippers.
  • File off any remaining excess by filing downward at a 90° angle. Avoid filing back and forth or side to side.
    

  Hot tips for longer wear time

  • Ensure nails and hands are completely dry before application.
  • Keep nails away from water for as long as possible after applying.
  • Warm your hands before application to help the wrap adhere better.
• How do I remove Naked Nail wraps?

  Damage free removal leaving your nails healthy and strong. 

  • Soak nails in warm water and oil for 3–5 minutes to soften the wraps.
  • Use the wooden stick to gently lift and remove the wraps.
  • Wash hands afterward to clean nails and skin.
• How long they last for?

  Our wraps last up to two weeks and sometimes longer.

  • Apply to your nail only ensuring none of the wrap is touching your nail bed or skin.
  • Ensure nails and hands are completely dry before application.
  • Keep nails away from water for as long as possible after applying.
  • Warm your hands before application to help the wrap adhere better.
• What do I do , if I can' find a size to fit my nail?

  Our gel wraps are 100% gel cured and stay soft, therefore they stretch.

  If you cannot find a size to fit your nails choose a size slightly smaller than your nail to prevent it from touching the skin or cuticle and then gently stretch it trying not to touch the adhesive too much.

• What about water, can I swim, bathe, wash and clean up in them?

  You can do all of these things once your nails have been applied and given at least 1 hour to set. If you can give them 2 hours that is even better.

  The removal process uses warm water only however you still need to pick up the side of your nail to remove it, if you are in water a lot simply dry your hands after and leave them and they will last.

• What comes in each pack?

  In each pack you will received 22 gel wraps in 11 different sizes, 1 cuticle stick and 1 nail file.

• Shipping?

  All orders are packed and shipped from New South Wales, Australia and shipped using Australia Post only. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase and on business days only  (Monday to Friday), excluding NSW public holidays.

  During sales, launches, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

  Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

  We offer free standard tracked shipping on Australian orders over $70 AUD, applied at time of purchase and after discounts and before shipping.

• Returns?

  As a growing small business, your happiness means everything to us. If something isn’t quite right with your order, whether it’s sizing or quality, we’re here to help. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the items meet the conditions below.

  To be eligible for a return:

  • Your original order number must be provided as proof of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, including all original packaging.
  • Packaging must be intact (no tears, damage, or marks to the box or sleeve).
  • Returns received after 14 days from delivery will not be accepted.
  • Items purchased at a reduced price (on sale) or with a discount code are not eligible for refunds. If returned, these items will be issued as store credit only.
  • We offer direct exchanges as long as items are returned within 14 days and as per the original packaging. Shipping will not be included in an exchange and will be the customers responsibility.

  How to Request a Return

  • To begin the process, please email support@nakednailsco.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Please wait for confirmation before sending your item back.
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

  Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item(s) in original condition.
  • Items of exchange or bought at a discount price (on sale or via discount code) a store credit will be issued within 14 days of receiving your return.

  Shipping of returned items will be at cost of the customer.
