1. About these Terms

Welcome to the Naked Nails co website (“Site” or “Online Store”).

This Site is operated by Naked Nails Co trading as Naked Nails (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our Online Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including customers, browsers, and purchasers of our products (“Products”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our Site or purchase our Products.

You acknowledge that you have not relied on any statement, promise, or representation that is not expressly set out in these Terms.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

7.3 Processing times

Orders are processed on business days in New South Wales, Australia, excluding public holidays.

Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled.

  • All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD)
  • Prices include GST, unless stated otherwise
  • Shipping fees are charged separately and shown at checkout

We may update pricing at any time. If a Product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will issue a refund for the affected item.

By completing a purchase, you:

  • agree to the terms of the selected payment provider
  • authorise us to process payment for your order
  • agree to maintain sufficient funds

If a payment fails or is reversed, we reserve the right to recover outstanding amounts and suspend access to Products or services.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control.

14. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure; and
  • Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
